Wooden Guests Name Place Seating Plaques

HOW TO ORDER:

2. Send us the full list in a message. See below instructions.
5. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order.

SENDING YOUR LIST:
Once you have finalised your name list please send us a message with a list of the names. We do ask that the names be emailed in a single column without numbers or symbols. We take no responsibility for incorrect spelling of the guests name so please check prior to sending.

Please note that our wooden names can be painted, but you need to be vary careful as the end pieces of our design is vary delicate. Our Names are NOT suitable for children under 3. They are Decor pieces ONLY. If you choose to let your child play with our items it is at your discretion and risk. We are not held responsible for any harm or damage that occurs.

IMPORTANT
Each sign is cut with a laser so it may have a burnt smell / dark edges. Please understand we use real wood and try our best to pick the best pieces but due to being natural there can be some grains or slight imperfections.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to produce your name seating cards. As this is a custom item it takes us a bit longer to create the files.  Please note this timeframe does not include postal delivery times to your location.

SHIPPING
+ Standard shipping within Australia is generally 3-7 business days. Includes tracking number.
+ Express shipping within Australia is approximately 1-3 business days (remote areas will be a little longer).
+ Standard International Shipping is anywhere from 6-30 business days dependent on location.
Items are sent via standard shipping with a tracking number.

Please note that we always aim to very accurately represent each product's colour, however actual colours may still vary due to differences in computer monitor/mobile device settings.

VERY IMPORTANT - If purchasing a custom design, there will be a NO Return and NO Refund Policy in place. Once your order is started it can not be canceled or refunded.
