⭐Important things to note⭐
👉 Make sure that you remember or make a note of the email address you use to sign up for an account.
👉 To earn points with each order, make sure that you are signed into your account before you make your purchase
👉 Points are allocated to the account (email address) that you are signed into, and also to the account (email address) that you enter at checkout, so make sure that you are using the same email address for both.
👉 Where & how do I sign up?
1. On our homepage, click on the REWARDS tab located at the bottom right corner of the page.
2. Create a new account using your social log in or your email address & password, and first and last name.
⭐IMPORTANT: Please make sure you sign up using a valid email address that you will have access to each time you place your order, and make sure to double check for any spelling errors (including any punctuations).
3. Click the link in your email to activate your account. Check your spam folder just in case:)

*Placing an order earns you 1 point per $1 spent, which does not include taxes (GST) and shipping costs, as well as any discounts. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
For example, an order total of $15.75 that comprises of $10 shipping and includes GST will earn you 5 points.
⭐IMPORTANT⭐
Points earned will appear in your account within 24 hours from an action being completed as above. If 24 hours has passed and the points are still not showing up in your account, please contact us by sending us an email to hello@peppatreedesigns.com.
👉 How do I check my PeppaTree Points balance?
At any given time, you may check on your points balance simply by signing in to your account, and clicking on the REWARDS tab in the bottom left corner of our homepage, and see what your current balance is.

👉 I've accumulated enough PeppaTree Points to get a discount code! What should I do next?
Once you have accumulated or earned enough points for a discount, you will need to redeem your discount code by signing into your account, then clicking on the REWARDS tab on your homepage and clicking on the "Redeem" button.
After that, check your email for your unique discount code to use with your next purchase with us!
👉 Do my PeppaTree Points and discount code expire?
Yes - they do. Points are valid for 3 months from date of issue, and discount codes - once redeemed - are valid for 1 month from date of issue.
