PAINTING YOURSELF
If you are choosing to paint your ornament yourself then we will be sending it to you as a loose kit. This helps with the painting the pieces separately. You can then glue it with wood glue or any craft glue.
When painting you need to be vary careful as the end pieces of our design is vary delicate.

IMPORTANT
Each sign is cut with a laser so it may have a burnt smell / dark edges. Please understand we use real wood and try our best to pick the best pieces but due to being natural there can be some grains or slight imperfections.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to produce your cat ornament. As this is a custom item it takes us a bit longer to create the files. Please note this timeframe does not include postal delivery times to your location.

SHIPPING
+ Standard shipping within Australia is generally 3-7 business days. Includes tracking number.
+ Express shipping within Australia is approximately 1-3 business days (remote areas will be a little longer).
+ Standard International Shipping is anywhere from 6-30 business days dependent on location.
Items are sent via standard shipping with a tracking number.

Please note that we always aim to very accurately represent each product's colour, however actual colours may still vary due to differences in computer monitor/mobile device settings.
